I'm a 67 year old white man. If i lived in North Carolina, i would be honored to call this man my pastor! What has happened to my Southern Baptist Preachers. God please raise up men like this who speak the true word of God unashamedly!
63 year old white Southern female here who has attended the same Methodist church for the last 50 years (raised in Baptist church). I love my church, but I am struggling with the path that the denomination appears to be taking. I hate that people are interpreting the Bible according to their lifestyle, not as it should be interpreted AS WRITTEN. My pastor (female - that’s a whole other discussion) has really been pushing inclusion. I see this as her effort to push us as a church to sanction same sex marriage, ministers, etc. I can not follow this direction. Jesus said love one another, but I don’t think he meant this as same sex. Pastor, I have started watching your messages because you teach the Bible as it was written. Thank you. This helps me find the direction I need to follow.

People weR what they have. But the point is how people show reverence for the house of God during worship. There are always exceptions and most people have compassion to understand.
I think, when we stopped dressing for the occasion. People started piercing & tattooing Women need to start wearing skirts/dresses again over pants, and wear shorts undernesth

I never thought I would grow up and end up listening to sermons like this like my parents did. With everything going on in the world and the things I unfortunately followed and listened to I wondered as to why I keep having all these dark and and suicidal thoughts. Like today but I'm understanding that word of god and hearing positivity helps calm me down and those thoughts seem to disappear. There's a old video of a now destroyed building with a big sign on top saying "Jesus is the answer" and didn't understand what the question was but I indeed understand it now. I just wish I knew what I'm learning 10 years ago. One thing I am happy about is that I'm still a virgin so I never partook in bad sexual acts and I'm grateful for that.

I'm only fourteen minutes in and this is good that he is not hooting and hollering. Screaming the message takes away from it and draws attention to the man. If only the congregation would listen without too much noise. And just selah. Ponder inside what he is saying

God is very faithful to always keep a remnant of people of God that keep true worship alive even when the majority fall away.

First of all let me say, God Bless this man of God. I never had heard of him or the upper room ministry. But know this he has been one of the best messages I have ever heard with regards to our present position. You have a new fan and I will be sending a seed to help keep the harvest successful!

Bishop Wooden i truly admire and enjoy your messages that you preach each time. I just recently started tuning in to ur messages. We need more bold unapologetic and not sugar coating. There are some who would clamp up and not say amen because some are following foolishness tj a that is unbiblical and not pleasing to God. There is no outcry because they know the truth but they refuse to accept the truth because they don't want to be convicted through the word of God in their own life in the area where they need to work on. Turning a blind eye. Hopefully this will be an eye 👁

I'm only fourteen minutes in and this is good that he is not hooting and hollering. Screaming the message takes away from it and draws attention to the man. If only the congregation would listen without too much noise. And just selah. Ponder inside what he is saying
Agree - except this time the word was so good I could even listen with the hoot and hollering. Pastor Wooden is such an amazing and unashamed teacher all that extra stuff is never needed.
Keep listening and you will get so much out of it.

I appreciate your uncompromising deliverance of the word. My father Pastored over 40 years till he took his last breath at the age of 84. He preached the word. He preached the truth. He maintained an uncompromising congregation. He spoke out against the very thing you’re preaching about. Jesus is the only way. No man comes to the father accept by the son.
