@vldreck1 some parts of the USA ≠ the USA. Virginia is a populous state where you can be fired for any reason that's not discrimination related. It also means a manager can fire their best employee simply because the manager is bored. Or the manager can fire people because of discriminatory reasons but not give any reason and thus not be breaching laws. Except for Montana, all USA states are by default at-will employment states, (states that can fire you whenever) with some restrictions added on that can be changed by changes in governance. It's not an enshrined right, and different states go to different lengths in how much protection is offered (some covering only some very specific cases, some being more generous)
@@aodhanmonaghan1268 sure, if you're going solely off "at-will", but then you are ignoring union protection, tenure, and various other laws that actually inhibit that anywhere outside of the southern U.S. So actually yes, for most of U.S, it is uncommon for at-will to be used. The employers actually have to come up with a reason even if it is bullshit. Mass layoffs can happen because statistics say that the workers didn't meet a certain quota. Is that awful? Yes, but it is still a reason, especially when they have failed numerous quarters in a row. It is NOT common to be fired for no reason anywhere in the U.S.

This man just claimed germany has as many subcultures as america 💀
Bro is uncultured.
If it’s not Bavaria it’s certainly Berlin strip clubs.
The fact that the Biden Burger is just a mess (of what looks like fatty scraps) is funny as hell.😅
The fact that the Trump burger is
Peanut Butter, Fried egg, sloppy Joe, 2 bacon, cheddar cheese, paste, lettuce, tomato, onion, bun is hilarious
@BobTheBlueprint i like how it's immediately apparent who's privileged in this comment thread, and who isn't.
@@BobTheBlueprintWhy is that hilarious?
Yea I found it funny the Biden burger was all messy just like that dudes mind
@@Ichthys42I like how you just called yourself out as one of them
I will never get sick pf seeing Bob Sapp in random Japanese ads
The biden burger isnt something I knew I needed
I was just wondering how far do those Presidents go back?😂
Probably taste like disappointment
If it was true to bidens policy and action, it would be two pieces of bread and the 9x the cost of the entire menu
I was talking to a guy from north Ireland one time and told him, "I know in America, we all have an idea that comes to mind when we picture another country, so what is the American stereotype over there? What do people think when they hear America?", and he said, "Most of them think either L.A. style or fat happy Texan."
And honestly, that made my day
Am British. This is very true. Influencers are another stereotype that comes to mind.
"Even though im sure America has burger pizza"
We do.
"Lettuce on a pizza is a human rights violation"
It is 😂
While I agree lettuce should never go on a pizza, have yall really never seen taco pizza?
Well, actually Rucola on a pizza with parmesan cheese is a hell of a topping
Actually it’s normal in northern Europe to get lettuce on your pizza (at least in the countries I’ve been to) but it’s great and crunchy. Goes well together
Wait until you see my burgers or hotdogs….. Bun, sauerkraut, German mustard patty cheese German mustard bun or hotdog bun, sliced open suasage, German spicy mustard, Mayo, sauerkraut, another hotdog bun, wiener, coleslaw. You’re welcome for those combos I bet you didn’t expect. I got a list of other combos most people I’ve meet never would have thought off like kimchi quiche. I be mixing up bangers that are solid that most of America hasn’t even heard off from my experience.
@@Newton-Reutherat least we can all agree cooked lettuce doesn’t belong on pizza
Human rights violation got me😂😂😂😂
Japan has no right to criticize American work culture with their work culture 😭
I was confused by that little burn, because at least my knowledge, Japan is not about how healthy their work life balance is.
@@genevievec.8002 I’m sure the lady was kidding about that one.
Wtf are trying to say😂 America isnt that great, especially the way workers are treated. I think you might be mixing up china and Japan
@@SICresinwrksin just the animation industry, there was a recent story about animators having to sleep at the office to make deadlines. Japan might not have sweatshops like china, but Americans aren’t sleeping at the office to try to get work done.
@@darkwingduck3790 oh so the factories in America with literal kids woking in them doesn't count? Or the many Americans busting their asses for 40+ hrs a week and still cant pay their bills or buy groceries
Okay cooked lettuce? Crime. Fresh lettuce on a taco pizza on the other hand slaps so hard
Taco p-.. dude just use shawarma.
@@bearwitty9690 bro small town Midwest don’t got shawarma but we do got pizza ranch taco pizza! It had salsa instead of marinara, beef, taco seasoning, seasoned tortilla chips, lettuce and tomato. That shit slaps so hard especially when you put a lil sour cream on top
