Love this workout. I needed to use bean cans because I don't have any weights :P I don't want to bulk up- so what are a couple of good size weights I should buy ? 5 and 10 lbs?
Good to have 5, 8 and 10's. I know it's difficult to find dumbbells so you can even use 1 gallon water jugs = around 8lbs each. Keep lifting weights to help with bone density, muscle mass, tendon and ligament strength, and reduces body fat.✔
