He's not suicidal. He's the most self-sacrificing selfless person people should consider them lucky to have. He wasn't set on throwing his life away in vain. He was doing everything he could to save a kid's life, when clearly, nobody else would have been there. There's a clear difference between the two, Aizawa shouldn't say things like that. Isn't it a hero's job to put their life on the line to protect others? (I know it's an AU)

My definition is very bleak, but Psych2go has a very good explanation and examples of invisible SH so I suggest you watch their video. In Izuku’s case, he constantly runs into danger, doing self-sacrificing shit that takes a toll on his mental state, as seen in S6. You can’t always see SH you just have to read in between the lines and be aware of the signs. Stay safe and treat yourself once in awhile because you and I know that you deserve it.
