Sparta happy barnfind running again

This is a Sparta Happy from 1973, it has sat in a barn for at least 25 years. I had it running a year ago. It fired right up again today.
The fuel tank was filled with rust and other crap, I also broke off the petcock. I had the fuel tank be repaired and cleaned out. It now needs new tires, brakes and the carburetor is still leaking.
