I feel like cars in Japan are blessed by the drift gods, drifted the JZX almost every weekend at one point for who knows how long and he still has the car running and driving, crazy!

About that last car, the black one, I've seen a lot of video's about cars that are camouflaged to hide the form of the car while it is still in development. It may be a car that is being tested on the road by the manufacturer.
@makaroner Most of the ones imported to the states are extremely clean, low mileage and have already gone through the entire import process... but the shipping cost and the dealer fees inflate them so much

im so envious of the fact u even own a JZX100 to begin with :/ i want one so bad for a Modest Fun Car/ Daily Driver. But irritatingly they go for between 15k, for meh condition ones (usually modded) and 25k, for mint condition (but also usually modded) examples. Its soo annoying, id be able to get one if it was under 10k but the "Drift Tax" on all the even moderately good JDM imports are killer now in Australia.. especially in my state, SA. (even a GTS Skyline is 8k-ish..) Anyway enough of me rambling, i look forward to seeing you bring that lovely JZX back to its glory days :3

I find this Chaser way more interesting than a lot of the high dollar builds out there. For me, knowing it's gonna be used hard makes it better than most high dollar poser cars.
Respect for sticking with YOUR car! I am in a somewhat similar situation with my Celica.. I have had my Celica for 10 years and im going to restore/build it starting this year. A lot of people have told me just to sell it and get something better, but its MY car! I have had it for 10 freakin years!
i'll never let my mark II go either alexi! The amount of track days it has gave me is immense! I also blew my 2835 HKS turbo haha! It used to sound so good when it was spooling. I'm using a stock hybrid with similar sizes to a 3076 garret. I reckon a borg warner EFR would murder tsukba circuit though ;) Can't wait to see this thing drifting again, it was part of my inspiration to buy a mark II back in 2012.
Man I love it when you make this kind of videos. I The channel definitely needs more car reviews like this one and like the one with the awesome old school 86. This is the type of cars I love to see. Cars that have a story to tell. I personaly dont like show cars with awesome paintjob with no sratches, immaculate wheels etc. Cars are ment to be driven like tools that are meant to be used. Just my 2 cents. Really hope to see more like that coming our way!

Yeah you're right other RUclipss are getting Porsches and Ferrari but bro you're freaking Japan you're in the mecca of all street racing all modifications and you accepted I all the other races are phenomenal so your lead is pretty hard they can buy hundreds of cars but they can't be at the same level that you can be in

Theres a guy in brisbane that does solid diff bushes and solid cradle that raises the rear cradle about 15mm.
