it was 2018, i was in food panda operation team. but later on ola took over the our company and layed off the employees. i am one of them. but frm tht day i have decided to not do jibs any more, so start my own retail store and living happy life without any fear of lay off or apraisl. Rahul ji you are absolutely right Businesses are built on trust, accountability and ethics there is no alternative or shortcut to these. Unfortunately OLA electric seems to make the same mistake as before. Existing customers are having huge issues in service. One more problem with ola is.. After the ride the driver ask for cash for fare.. and even after being paid app shows the fare being unpaid.. That is very much annoying

Now he is quitting ola cabs. He is starting new company now on two wheelers. He is not focusing properly. The business with no focus won't run properly.

Recenty I travel on Ola taxi from Allahabad to varanasi. The estimated price was around 3200. Fine.But at the end of my journey he told me several other charges like toll tax, drever fee, waiting at red light signal and so. And charged Rs 4200/- one thousand more than estimated charges. While I was of view that the bill may come upto 3300 or 3400/-.or I was mentally prepared for 3500 too.

मैं भी २०१५ में १ गाड़ी लिया और 2017 तक अपने पास 4 फोर बिलार हो गया था तभी सब स्कीम खत्म कर दिया ओला और तभी से गाड़ियों का हफ्ता नहीं भर पाया और सारी गाड़ी बिक गई और बर्बाद हो गया
OLA/UBER are not available when you need them most to catch flight/train etc. This is my personal experience. At night of 14th/15th Sept'22 Ola driver charged me Rs640 from Pune airport to NIBM Road which is normally around Rs340 only. Ola/Uber are never reliable.

OLA/UBER are not available when you need them most to catch flight/train etc. This is my personal experience. At night of 14th/15th Sept'22 Ola driver charged me Rs640 from Pune airport to NIBM Road which is normally around Rs340 only. Ola/Uber are never reliable.
