Hey that’s a solid question. In both cases we want to establish early board and frontline presence, so we look to ensure that we have a 1 cost unit with blitz above all else. Panzer II-A, Red Devils, Greyhound in the early deck are perfect, in the later deck we are focused on Greyhound and Red Devils for this slot. Beyond those we love to see 22 infantry as it gets us drawing more tools early, Panzer 35t for sheer pressure and speed, and when we have them 64 Panzergrenadier for Kredit acceleration and Heinkel HE 115 or Panzer 38t for more draw and access to deck. The higher cost cards are usually fine to send back as this strategy means we will see them later when we can afford them. Hope this is helpful!
Thanks for the reply! Do you mind answering the same question on your Brit/US ramp and Sov/US token decks when I post this same question to their respective videos? This question and your answers will help players make better decision while choosing cards for the mulligan.
Thats great to hear, nothing like knowing my work has been of some help! It's a fun deck to play, has some good pace and as you get to the later game list some real punch.
When you don't feel like US front line and Jaggro this is a great 3rd nation to play. Also leveling up Germany to unlock more cards and stuff is great.
I have a question for the early and late-game versions of the German deck in this video: what cards do you keep and throw away in the mulligan phase?
