I will do same as per your guidence but process not completed means when i downggrade firmware there is no change in printer display .same error 11

this is a fake video. it removes the compatible toners, resets the printer, and puts the original toners...

Remove the toners and resit the printer then put another sit of toners dont put the previous toners. Check all video
