We do the same we have two ferrets Henry and Olivia they free Rome all day. I want to do raw diet with them but it's just practical. Can I di but dry food and raw diet. Henry probably will not eat it but Oliva will I think. I want another ferret but I think that room and entertainment might be a problem. They share my office space since due to the pandemic. I am still working through thar. But they bring me lots of joy. I never thought that at 62 this would be my pet of choice.
Love this!!! They are so cute and it's so nice to see how much time they get out and how you work with it doing a job and studying. The cute asmr from them eating too - so adorable! I also love their own personalities. Your little sister is so cute helping out. ❤
Just curious, how much do you make from your dog walking? Is it like Wag/rover or do you work with a specific company? Also your ferrets are cute as ever (I find it really funny with the way they scrunch their snouts eating). Picking up 3 ferrets of my own from a breeder in march. And for the raw grinds, leaving it out overnight should be ok as long as you immediately clean it up when you wake up
For the grind question friendly neighborhood ferret just posted a video on grinds I haven’t watched it yet but I am sure it could help! Edit you can leave it out for 12 hours I just remembered
@@MyFunkyFerrets also for more information Black-footed ferrets and polecats don't have refrigerators, they'll eat from their prey for days and days, and your ferret's body is designed the same way. Raw soups are good for 8-10 hours, grinds for 12 hours, bone-in for 12-24 hours and whole prey for 24-48 hours. If it's gone bad, they won't eat it.
I was considering ferrets as a pet, but I find it really hard to buy/handle meat and organs so I am not sure they are the pet for me :/ I was leaning towards getting Rabbits anyway. We can enjoy our salads together :D
It’s definitely hard for me to do the meat and stuff too but It makes me feel better knowing it’s the right diet for them! That’s so cute sharing salads haha

I love watching my boys eat. I lay next to them. When they are finished they lay next to me.

To keep the floor clean under the food bowls you could get some of those reusable pet pads that are easy to wipe down
