Heeeh sana nam nie indaba ye weight iyandi sokolisa!!!😫💔 earlier in the year I lost around 10kg and recently gained it all back! Now Im back square 1 sana!! Confidence levels are at an all time low. My clothes just don't fit nice at all! Yhoor kubi! 😭
But we will make it! I want to try intermittent fasting and be serious with it hey! 😫😫 but discipline iyandi shaya-shaya.
