Lord, I am so thankful you have never let go of my hand. Today I realized that I truly need to be quick to listen and slow to speak. Sometime I say more than I should. It is not gossip, but just in passing. Tonight I pray for more control over my tongue, and to listen to others. I am so thankful you are on my journey with me, and i can come to you with my mistakes, and you will love me anyway! I am deeply grateful to be a child of God✝️

Who being in the very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to His own advantage; rather, He made Himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to death even death on a cross! (Phillippians 2:5-8) Lord help me to humble myself and be obedient to You as my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ did by coming to this earth. I am truly grateful and amazed that a God like You could love someone like me. When I think of Your great sacrifice, I can't help but fall on my knees and say, "Lord, thank You for being merciful to me a sinner saved by Your grace and mercy!" In Jesus' name. Amen.
