- This was my first time playing Refinery Caves 2 in Alpha Access. Overall, the game is pretty decent. There are a few things that aren't my most favorite, and other things that I like a lot. Thank you to everyone who suggested I check out this game!

Thanks for the review, we are looking towards on improving the game and making it feel better. Now that i see it, the early game could get some rework.

it would be cool if you added a way to melt down different metals to make alloys, that way it gives players a reason to farm multiple types of ores and not just the one worth the most, it would also add one more thing into the set up to be more like a factory

If you play for longer you will get used to chopping and fishing and mining.

theres quests in the game, talk to the guy on the sellary and you will get a quest that allows you to keep your stuff when you die (basically a must have in a game like rc2 where theres a lot of hazards)
Personally considering the game has not really been fully released yet I think it is amazing! And oh boy it is ALOT better than outlands jeez don't even get me started

You should explore the game some more. There's so much more that you haven't done and it isn't as simple as you think

It’s not a bad game it’s going to be way better in the future. It took them a whole year to finish it. But some people should start bringing Oaklands into this at one time Oaklands like that

I haven't played this one because I was enjoying the first refinery caves game when suddenly they decided to abandon it. 😉👍🐇
Well they decided to abandon it BECAUSE they were working on the sequel. They realized the first game wasn’t built on a good like base, it was kinda thrown together not assuming it would be updated for the entire future. So now this one is easier for them to implement new mechanics and the behind the scenes stuff is better for the devs
They updated the game too lol it has more content and it does look bad but it's early access
With the tree chopping/harvesting, I feel like it becomes a “why” for the change. “Why” does this part of the game need to be “engaging”
I feel like trees/ore prices should probably be buffed if they require more of your actual attention and stuff
So the reason for the chopping/mining/fishing, is to prevent people from using auto clickers and macros
But it is easy to setup an autoclicker to get 99 - 100 every time
justice for RC1
we must recreate the classic feel of RC1
for what I loved it but some day when I wanted to trade full truck I got teleported randomly to radiation pit and even the trader and helpers did nothing they said I dont have eny evidence I even got a picture 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Just saying my guy, you can’t really give a review on a game that you hardly played at all. You played for not even an hour. There’s a ton more content to cover.

IMO its worse than RC1, this game feels really rushed and low quality. I regret paying for early access. You can argue that LT2 was also low quality but it wasn’t for its time. RC2 feels really low effort for its time, especially considering Oaklands is a thing.

@@johnco2199 But its true? I’ve seen snippets of Oaklands in their alpha stages and it was much more refined and polished than this. RC2 doesn’t even use 3d models, just studio builds. Sure you can argue it as a style choice but it just looks underwhelming.

hey bunny i got the pre release pick in rc1 so i was one of the first ones on rc1 and same with rc2 i bought it the same day it came out and im really good and know a lota things about it so if you want to um friend me i can show you around rc2 and stuff my username is littlewedo06 you can unfriend me when im done showing you around its a chance to make new vids about rc2 because its got a lot to offer trust me when i say that just give me a chance if you dont like it its all good (you can un friend me when im done showing you around) :)
