I feel this speak lacs substance and thus fell flat. This was a time, (we now know) Justice Thomas as he said; those here and I are in a battle against the French. I can only guess who the French. I listened to this because I thought he would address Affirmative Action. His decision that guaranteed no other child would receive the necessary support to achieve greatness. No chosen child would grow up and have the opportunity to give back to society and not by charity, but by integrity and gratitude. I be leave Justice Thomas's talk that night spoke of government controlling government, and limiting Judicial power. He seemed to get angry when he spoke of nine Justices only being able to do their job as nine truckers. That the constitution wasn't to be designed, as if it were. He repeatedly assured the audience (The Federalist Society) "the living must finish his life's work. It's a different time now and people have awoken to who the Justice wants to control government, and it's not government. I could say so much more, another time
I need to mention the Justice went to two Presteguis Colleges one of them being Yale fully paid for by Grants and Affirmative Action. He says that it hindered his chance of getting a good job and put a 15 cent sticker on his degree. This man who has been on the wrong side of a few scandals is deciding the freedom or lack of freedom of all the American people, but is only answers to one society.
