Thank you so much bro i’m really happy to hear you enjoyed the videos and that they inspired you to try out something similar! Thank you so much for supporting the drum kit as well my friend I hope you enjoy it :-)
Nice work as always! I've finally gotten around to spending some time to get started with making some dnb, it's a lot of fun! Very different to my usual production process (where most of my time is figuring out chord progressions and how to structure arrangements), playing around with chopping breaks and making cool atmospheric pads is a very nice change up!
Thank you so much Mick I really appreciate it! Yeah man it really is such a fun change of pace, I remember feeling the same way when I first started working with the genre, I always LOVED atmospheric soundscapes and pads so it was something that I really enjoyed a ton and then over time the other aspects started to click as well!
@@SleepyVibesOnly_ 100% I've got one of those little Android retro handheld games consoles on the way so have been picking up some old PS1/Dreamcast games for it, and man those soundtracks are a goldmine for this style of music. Looking forward to discovering some new ones that I missed out on as a kid too!
@SleepyVibesOnly_ Damn right, I've been listening to the Ridge Racer Type 4 soundtrack on repeat for the last few days. Such a cool mix of dnb, jazz and funk. Definitely hits that pre-millennium vibe!
@_mickmccarthy such a classic soundtrack man that era of mixing funk and jungle themes into video games was so great to experience, I really wish more modern games would bring that vibe back!
Man that means so much to me bro i’m really happy to hear you’ve been enjoying the videos! Thank you so much for supporting the channel with sample pack too bro I thought it would be cool to share some of my favorite pairings and some of my favorite ways of using the pack, I hope it’s been come in handy!
So I usually put the Hi hats and kicks etc on diff channels in the channel rack but it will be on the same pattern, but i mix them differently in the mixer. How do you get all of your instruments like hi hats etc tracked out on the main song page thing?
It’s actually pretty bro! I hope i’m understanding the question correctly but all you have to do is right click the pattern block on the top section of FL Studio and click split by channel, this will separate all of the tracks in your pattern block into their own individual patterns!
where are these nexus presets? which one? i got the 4th ver and i can't see any of them in the factory presets. maybe u're using a additional factory for this
Yes bro these for the most part are all from Nexus expansion libraries, I labeled them in the video if you want to know which ones specifically! I labeled them as “Nexus - bigtone signature 3 - Pure Love” with the middle name being the expansion pack used
Thank you for watching
I swear I'll NEVER get tired of hearing these dude
That means so much to me bro thank you so much! :-)
Hey dude love your music. Watched all your videos and you got me in a DNB mood now. Just bought your Liquify kit as well. Cheers!

@_mickmccarthy man that era of video game soundtracks shaped so many of us but they really were cooking with grease!

ah ok man! so this library is deep house 2? (a its the first ones) and the other ones are lofi?
For that first e-piano preset yes bro, I hope that cleared it up :-)
uhmmm.... that's liquid dnb not melodic dnb
btw, datsik :)
Thank you bro! I see what you mean, it definitely does align very much with Liquid DnB! :D
