I like it to but really don't need a recap after every commercial. Also the metal detector guy drives me crazy. He finds one or two things then done. I could have metal detector the whole island by now. Beside those two things it is a great show.

The Farse of Oak Island. The only money pit is the lost hours of people watching. I started watching when the series started and gave up sometime in season 2. They're always on the verge of finding "something". It's pure TV drama, that's all, nothing more.

these guys inspire me to never give up.
Even if the treasure is gone these guys found enough evidence to rewrite history as we were taught. If they find where the treasure is or was it's still going to be awesome to see how they engineered the whole thing with little to nothing.

Is this show still on? I started watching this years ago when it first began and after 5 or 6 episodes quit because nothing ever happens, and after all these years there still no closer...I'm so glad I didn't waste those years watching this. Call me if they actually find it...

If there was a large amount of treasure on that island, metal detectors would have found it. No way someone hasn't covered almost every inch with detectors.

Twice now they have done it n been literally meters away, if not in it as the cans have gone ‘lose’ it should of only taken a few months n get to that depth excavating and pumping the water out!
