Originally, I wasn't too hot on investing in Tesla. I thought it was a joke of a stock at a ridiculous price.
Here's how my son who was interning for Tesla at the time convinced me otherwise!
This guy FORGOT he had millions worth of tesla stock! LOL #goals

It’s greed what makes people lose the most money. I don’t consider any gains mine until they are in my bank account.
Still bitter that I invested in a company with the purchase of 100 stocks….my prediction of it going exponentially up comes through and I am half way from getting above half my original investment in gains and decide to stay thinking it might double……in less than 30 seconds went back down to the same price of purchase and didn’t cash out… 0.00% gains…

That’s not really critical information though.
@blackmann3722 It might not be critical. I just mention it because sometimes people see this video and think, "So that means I need to invest in Tesla," but that's not the point. Because Tesla now is probably not s good investment.

Nothing new here. You have to have a general understanding about the stuff you invest in.

What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio from a crash? I've heard that the market crash will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k portfolio.
Amidst recession, investors need to understand where and how to allocate funds to hedge against downturns and still make profits. if you can't navigate the market you should consult with an expert advisor
The US-Stock Market had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled markets, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look I’ve netted over $450k in the past 10months.
I need a guide so i can salvage my port-folio due to the massive dips and come up with better strategies. How can one reach this advisor?

every single neuron, is a quantum computer.
and with a quantum computer, every variable, and manipulation is analogue.
we can easily simulate fractals and we constantly do it.
for example you memorize the pattern in a wood floor by simulating the variables you don't directly see.
and we do this to create a constant 3d simulation every waking hour.
and we also have a nervous system that runs a constant simulation of us, relative to the world.
now for a lot of the stuff cars need to do, we can easily give them an algorithm.
things like how much air to fuel based on oxygen density at your sea level.
but we still have visual bugs(like optical illusions, tripping, and photo sensitive epilepsy)
yet we expect a glorified gaming pc to safely drive us.
self driving cars are just over engineered cruise control unless you are in a controlled environment where you can eliminate all variables (like that underground thing)
its fine if people use autopilot to rest their arms on a long empty road.
but advertising them as safe to use in traffic, without even having to be constantly vigilant should be illegal.
the only advantage i see is that a tesla could probably drive at over 250 mph in a very controlled environment without spinning out.
unlike most humans that would have sweaty shaking hands.

Usually, innovative companies dont follow traditional economic rules, and that scares textbook investors. Breaking the rules attracts innovators. ⚡️⚡️⚡️
One of my first stocks i ever bought was an over priced, all time high short squeezed zombie company that was recommended by a RUclipsr. After getting a little burned in that, i pretty much don’t care to follow anyone else’s trades. Everything is on my own DD and strategy. Sad to see so many not willing to do the proper work and blindly follow others with a different financial situation and strategy

The best way to find growth stocks, key features to keep in mind is as follows: 1. Ensure gross margins are greater than 50% 2. Ensure P/E ratio is less than 100 3. Buy companies that are PROFITABLE, very important irrespective of sector. 4. Debt to equity ratio is less than 30% 5. Current ratio is above I 6. and a Float under 100 million One stock that fits the bill is FLGT (Fulgent)
As a new investor it's always great to hear from a person who has gone through all the difficult times and come ahead of it. It's unnerving to see your portfolio go from green to red but as mentioned if you have invested in quality names just have to keep adding to them and stay the course.
I always believed in long term Investment as a savings vehicle for retirement. As I am a passive investor, with a day job does not allow me to monitor stocks movement actively, DCA is the only way. Or else, if I have a bigger capital pot I have to engage a financial planner like "Brenda Gay Mclean" who has made me understand that you must have a strategy. So i do not worry about short term performance that's why i follow her trades. Q1 of 2022 coming to an end soon and i have accrued just north of $196k as raw-profits.

No bc it’s public information that anyone who has conducted their DD knows. If his son said that they were about to announce a world-changing technology and told Kevin about it, that would be insider trading.
There is a gray zone
Insider trading is when you know that X company is going to do Y thing which will cause the price to shoot up.
