What I find fascinating is the percentage of each type of car in the fleet that has been out of service at some point, if not retired, due to being involved in a wreck. For example, it's like half the Superliners. Airlines would be shut down if they had loss rates a fraction of that.
Oh, and I'm making a full Corridor trip next month.

Hey, be quiet you’re just a hater it’s a beautiful locomotive and it’s my favorite probably don’t even know what it’s like to be on Amtrak, so I bet you better shut your mouth and look at the beautiful locomotive. You’re just a hater like the rest of them be quiet and never go to the comments anymore.

I think I would like an A-B-B-A consist on my railroad, but not the dual cab unit. ♡ P.S. Hello from the Tracy Mountain Railway in Colorado. ♡ T.E.N.

What are you talking about? It’s the most powerful locomotive in the US at 8,600 hp, had regen braking, and it’s reliable.

      And the AEM-7 wasn't "Eurotrash"? The HHP-8 wasn't "Eurotrash"?
