The journey to channeling is a journey to the soul. This is the long game!!! One learns a lot about oneself. When I started practicing I learned how much I wasn't open, and found it really hard to surrender. I know I get to be loving and gentle with myself through this process.
I think I have that when I am dancing (I love to dance as much as I can), my sister always told me that it looks like I was in another world ☺😇 Mayby....I don't know 🤔, but I feel very good when I am dancing in the flow of the music 💯💃💃💃
