- Headed out june 6 for morning run.... got ono bites fast but kept pulling or shaking hook on the run. Had one almost in then another came and bite swivel cutting off other with lure ;/. Landed nice 30 lb one then got nice marlin on....lots hits and loses but landed meat.

why did you kill the marlin? first it was too small and second they are not the best eating.
We eat them in Hawaii sashimi and great to cook! You must never prepared right or took care of the meat!! Over 50 taken this wknd in a tournament same size or smaller just now! 🤙🏽 never goes to waste all that matters aloha
Hey Moe was the a bang stick? The your wife had just before you gaffed the marlin. I didn’t realize people kept marlins other than to mount it, do you eat them I’m guessing?
