Here in the Philippines, it's called the Isuzu FVM, it's a midsize truck that is mocked up as a large size truck. They have those here in Southeast Asia.
In indonesia this truck called as Isuzu Giga even in japan Giga positioned above this forward 😁 Engine serial type also same here but still euro 2 emission but soon will upgrade to euro 4 on 2021.
