He hated needless conflict, and devoted his organization soley to the study of martial arts. Heihachi however, did a coup and overthrew Jinpachi, locking him up underneath the Mishima Dojo, where Jinpachi starved to death Then obviously he was resurrected by some evil force during Tekken 5 yadayada
I think it is more because in this timeline, Jinpachi manage to control demon that possess him and turn it into his newfound power instead and use it to have revenge againt Heihachi

I would say Heihachi is the strongest human in the entire series. I know he lost a lots of battles but this guy is freaking beast and when he pushed his limits (tekken 7) he was like a inhuman. Just imagine Young Heihachi trying to push his limits like in tekken 7, He would probably beat everyone 1v1. period.

His wife Kazumi betrayed him first and used the Devil Gene to try and kill him, she failed and then reluctantly killed her. Kazuya and then Jin both inherited the Devil Gene and Heihachi tried to kill them to end the Devil Gene completely, but failed on both accounts. Which had the consequences of causing a feud which sent the world to hell.

It should have had an extra part where Jinpachi gives his son a little dose of his own medicine and looks him up underground dungeon with some special chains. Jinpachi to his son: "Now it is your turn to remain locked up down here for all eternity." He then leaves laughing and slams the door as Heihachi screams angry. That's how I would have made Jinpachi's ending. To have him make him suffer the same fate as he did.

They always say that Jin killed him and it's the true canon ending but there's no feeling to it, Jin didn't even know his great-grandfather so I think it was a wasted ending but with your way and adding Wang finding him, it adds so much emotions...
