    My only contribution is that it is safe to give vaspressors via peripheral lines; multiple high-quality studies support this.

    Hi, I need to ask you two questions: Is it safe to use Vasopressin in a septic patient with oligouria? and I need to clarify this..From what you said in the last 5 minutes, when the MAP is reached and the Norepi is now

      Yes, you can use vasopressin with oligouria as long as the patient was adequately resuscitated with IVF and remained hypotensive despite norepinephrine use, also vasopressin used as a fixed dose in septic shock, that means you can just stop it, no need to titrate it down
