The reality is: if you're rich and famous, your*preluxs* bags are seen as a sign of success. If you are just an ordinary worker working a 9-to-5 job, your real bag is likely to be considered the fruit of your efforts.
I still really love how this bright color totally changes the Birkin's vibe. Less stately and much more casual.

I love you’re actually using it. Honestly life is better when we just enjoy things. I remember I got given a bottle of whiskey that was quite expensive as a gift, I let it sit for ages & didn’t drink it. Then one day during Covid I cracked and opened it. I loved it so now if I get any nicer drink or chocolates or whatever, I don’t keep it for good…I just enjoy the following weekend I am waiting in. Honestly it’s true for fashion too

Great, informative video. It’s a gorgeous bag, I especially love the colour. It seems to be the perfect size, but I’d want a shoulder strap and I know it doesn’t have one. I think I’d pick a Constance for that reason. Not that I’ll be picking anything from Hermes any time soon.

I hardly use my B25 because it’s hand held but love the bag
i need to be ok with carrying it all day, any other time it stays on the shelf!
You could use a pencil case for your pen and other little doodads. I recall that Meredith likes pencil cases.
i could get a little thin one for bags
a birkin is not a work bag for me haha ! neverfull will be a perfect busy day bag or an on the go !
the neverfull is perfect for that , my work horse
I guess people don't use that anymore but I have an actual pen leather holder that keeps lids on them properly or protects in case they overflow
The makeup I'd also put inside a clay or some form of pouch just in case something spills

I always carry a book too so I’m always curious about bags that carry books. Thought the LV Coussin PM would fit a book, but I tried it out and it didn’t. 😢
i don't think it is wide enough, quite often i end up carrying a book in my hand
