I came from FIFA mobile 2days ago and the game's playstyle felt really heavy at first. I tried the possession game but, holding possession felt easier than creating scorings chances, also tried fast counter but I'm still bad at defending so I quickly disliked it. Right now, out wide seem like the only one I like.
With playing possession you need specific type of players. You dont need fast players but you must have players with good passing stats and passing skills. One touch pass skill is a must, high balance, tight possession, ball control. On the other hand with QC you need players with high ofensive awareness and pace. Best advice is play long ball counter if you are new. It is much easier to defend because defensive lines sits deeper unlike QC. Outwide is also good and very balanced.
I swear to god none of this work in this game... I'm playing this game long time ago from the first version in 2017 and in my life I didn't see such nonsense gameplay where 99% of goals come from mistakes.. Where u can't enjoy creating chances The most funny thing is the more you play very well and create too much chances with great passing the more you receive shiity goals from dead mistakes... But with qc if once you lose the ball it will result in conceding a goal so possession style is the best you can create your own opportunities with your creativity to score a goal and comparatively according to my experience i played in all types of formation and I found that I can create more opportunities in possession style the rest is upon you everybody isn't same just try to play a test game with ai with each and every playstyle and choose one that suits you
CF - Goal poacher or Deep lying forward One wing - creative playmaker/prolific winger Another wing - (you can use a player with goal poacher or any other playstyle here because that playstyle doesn't activate on wings but still do well but don't use them on both wings otherwise it will hard to make efficient passes)/roaming flank (if you don't have any of this playstyle players use creative playmaker on both wings but don't use two prolific wingers because while attacking both of them will come in center and there will be no one to recieve pass in wider area and I will also prefer if you are using two creative playmakers on both wings then must use one Hole player in your midfield)
4123 4213 Basically A formation with CF (Target man is better here) and RWF/LWF (Players with good speed are best) Formations with RMF/LMF are not that effective because it becomes little tough to make long passes to make wider runs
I used to do 442 with a bit variation but the game keeps updating and its getting less and less effective against my usual superstar bot So i just decided to just stivk with the 4123😢
Depend on your playing type like 1) if you are good and like to play small passes to constantly try to create space to take a shot go for possession 2) if you are not that good in keeping the ball by constantly doing small passes in mid and like to do long loafted passes to make a run on wings and to find space there and to also make a cross then go for long ball counter

Your playstyle will very easily reach 90-100 playstyle For that you just need to give it some time like 2-3 weeks and sign some nominating contract, potw or from any different pack players who have 90 playstyle in all playstyle You need to play event matches to sign one potw every week You need to play other events too to gain GP to sign some good standard players like cancelo, arnold, casemiro, rodri, debruyne, and many other You need to save the free login coins to use it at right time on good packs rather than using it blindly on a showtime or big time where chance is less than 1% to get good player Best of luck for your upcoming journey I hope this tips will help you to create a good account with awesome players And don't forget to send your lineups screen shot to me on insta I will be waiting❤️

Okay firstly if you are not using long passes alot with lbc then i will prefer you to switch to qc because in lbc player goes wider to receive passes that makes a bit hard to continuously create small passes in mid Try 1-2 pass technique you will find tutorial about it And also one more my personal experience is your gameplay is depend on how calm and clear your mind is bcz if you have thoughts about daily stuff and tension in mind the gameplay level will fall down Like today I was on 3rd divison at morning and now on 6 But when I have a calm mind with no tensions then sometimes I play like 8-9 matches without losing
