I really want to know how the person with the blue S15 was able to register it and get plates in America? last time i checked, it was nearly impossible to get them registered because they dont pass DOT Safety inspections or Emissions in America. I would just love to know so not only me but many other S15 lovers can achieve this ultimate goal of owning and able to drive them in the streets.
