Cllr Mary Howard: 12 months as Cathaoirleach

With Councillor Mary Howard's year as Cathaoirleach of Clare County Council drawing to a close on 25th June, 2021, Cllr Howard and Council Chief Executive Pat Dowling reflect on a time of change in the county and pay tribute to the people of Clare who have shown, in the face of adversity, that "we can and will overcome any and all obstacles, as long as we support each other".
