    Hello Retail Mavens, Ur channel is so informative. Thank you. So in the case of grocery store and FMCG where prices are quite competitive how do I handle that. Elizabeth From Nigeria.

      Thanks for watching! Grocery stores requires a different inventory management than other type of retail stores because of the fast turn. You have to be very clear on the type of store/merchandise you'd like to be, and who your ideal customer is, and make sure you're ordering inventory and advertise accordingly. Try to find merchandise with higher markup to incorporate to bring up your margins. If you stick to lower margin goods you'll need to rely on volume and fast turn in order to be profitable.
