Oh! That has to be a line setup issue. Maybe the bridles are tangled. It should absolutely park at 12 without a problem. I would compare the line setup to ours in the video. Ideally a shot from the video similar to the thumbnail where she is holding the kite up right before it launches because all of the lines are stretched and easy to see what goes where. If you can upload a video of the kite setup and of the problem I would be happy to try and help figure it out. I love kiteboarding so I'm happy to help in any way I can!
mine just rises to 12o clock and then just goes pancake and falls. is there. way to adjust the lines to hold overhead
