There was also an evolution from Infinity War to Endgame as the suit's nanotech created a shield in IW, but after Thanos broke it, the shield was made of energy in Endgame.

I thought thanos bleeding was kind of an Easter egg to predator and how Arnold says "if it bleeds we can kill it" and how thanks isn't immortal

1:16 you ever thought about the fact that the suit case has the same weight as the whole armor? So either mark 5 is way lighter than it seem or they just didn’t think about this
You forgot to mention a simple piece of tech tony included the in the spider suit which was a parachute because of Rhodey

The mark V is only an emergency suit. The mark V’s armour isn’t as sturdy as the III or IV

One of my biggest gripes when it comes to Tony's suit designs is if they look too big or too small. The form factor really plays into the believability for me. The Mark 7 is has the perfect broadness for me without being too big and the torso is not so slimming that it feels like a person wouldn't physically fit inside it. The Avengers video game is a perfect example of a suit that looks too big. It makes Tony seem overweight inside.
Ngl my favorite suit is Mark 5
Mine is either mark 17 or mark 20. I just really like the look of both of them. Mark 5 does look nice though and it'd probably be good as an actual suit and not a suitcase suit.

Anybody else notice Far From Home was listed as "Homecoming 2017"?
Tony also dipped his nanoparticles of the MK 85 in vibranium (that he got from Wakanda in the 5 years period) which is why the suit would take big hits from Thanos and not shatter like the MK 50. This was explained in the Novel version of Avengers: Endgame
I'm surprised no one talks about this. I also hope he created a non-nanotech suit of vibranium during that 5-year gap.

If you see in one way , dr. Stange could have saved Tony stark if he had used the time stone just to reverse Tony's condition but it could also reverse the snap and bring Thanos back , but if he would focus on Tony's health only to reverse his conditions then, by this he probably could loose his arm as he had snapped with it. .
