The elevator is weird because it serves every floor with swing doors, except for the ground floor where it has automatic sliding doors.

Yes, not uncommon in Sweden and Finland. I think the same kind of operator (By BESAM) was used on an elevator modernization from 2006 (KONE M-series) in Söderhamn, Sweden (filmed many times)
