The Vermillion Room at the Fairmont Banff Springs serves an excellent breakfast buffet. It's not something I will indulge very often but when here, I'll make an exception.
It's probably my favourite breakfast buffet in Canada. And luckily for my waistline, I indulge once or twice every two to three years. Everything is so well prepared and flavourful. Plus unlimited lattes and cappuccinos.
