All of the random stuff reminds me of Frank Zappa's "Uncle Meat" movie. Kool Keith is often described as "weird" and "genius" -- just like Zappa was. Then I remembered that George Clinton was/is a big Zappa fan. So now this video makes more sense to me than it was probably meant to.
