It's 1:30 am and I'm here watching this video. Zen here, we talked on Instagram! I'm definitely a peach undertone because I have both golden and pink in me. I recently bought a rose gold highlighter from Mars and it suited my skin so well! Fuchsia pink brings out the yellow in me while a pastel pink merges with my skintone. Neon yellow makes me look grey but a mustard yellow is love! Reds also look really flattering on me. Black brings out the yellow in me but when contrasted with a white wall, I look more pink. I'm definitely a peach undertone!

The title of the video caught me, but I stayed the moment I heard you say that the skin on our wrists is too light to compare to our necks and faces. I have been referring to mainstream makeup channels and I have never come across someone that looks like me explain this thoroughly with several examples, ON SEVERAL undertones ON SEVERAL COMPLEXIONS. You do have passion and it shows by how well and thoroughly you gripped your audiences with your knowledge. I have been doing my own research, my current foundation has oxidized a little after a year since its purchase. So when I went to do a skin test for a different brand, I thought there was no way that I could be that light.. And peach undertone? On brown skin? The math didn't math until I stumbled on your video. Love your content! I hope you keep doing this, Sam!

FINALLY!!! This video has really helped me figure out my actual skin tone (I have light to medium skin with a peach undertone), something that I've been trying to figure out for a longggg time!! Thanks so much for making such an amazing video with a bunch of examples to compare oneself to :D PS I wear NC25 MAC foundation which at first looks like my exact shade but oxidizes later into a bit of an orange colour. Now I know it's probably because my undertone is slightly cooler. Will try to fix it with a mild blue corrector next time!

It's been the most helpful in understanding how to SEE colours on faces, despite understanding in theory that colours can be cooler and warmer and it's all relative :P Also five undertones! Has been soooo much more helpful to understand the cool vs warm because seeing the warmer and cooler colours even within pink and yellow unscrambled something in my head I think lol. Thank you for explaining and using all those shade charts and examples! Picking out my tone in photos with friends is still confusing, it always looks like we have similar undertones somehow, except when one friend is like clearly olive or something. After the fabric test I'm thinking I might be like a warmer peachy pink, but the friend photos situation is seeming like I could be a neutral too? So between neutral and warm pink I guess! Hi Nikita, This made me so happy to read! It's absolutely possible to be somewhere between two colours and you're right, you might be a pink leaning neutral but not pink enough to be peach. Learning about undertones from a RUclips video at 2 AM is my jam. 1. Love the make-shift mic holder pencil. 2. I decided that foundation wasn't my thing because figuring out my undertone was nearly impossible. 3. I'm going to try the fabric match technique to see if I can arrive at a conclusion. 4. Hello and congratulations on your engagement! This is a great video idea and I'll definitely get into scripting it, but it may take me too much time and you may need to go shopping before it. So here's what you can do. Wear a black or white top to the stores. Whichever lehengas you do like, hold them up against your face and do a quick vibe check. I don't believe fully in the color seasons theory. Just avoid the colors that make your complexion look very dull or your acne scars show (if you have any).

Hi Neha, thanks for commenting girly!! If nc42 and honey bronze pull very yellow and orange on you, you might fall into the neutral to pink part of the undertone spectrum. If you're pretty sure you don't have dominant pink tones, then you probably have a neutral undertone. If you think you're yellow dominant though, the issue could be that the undertone is right but you require a more muted shade. Some foundations can have a LOT of the undertone mixed in. Muted skin tones require less of that tint or it looks too strong. Hope this helped!
Hello! It's a tricky thing to figure your undertones out for sure. If you're sure that you are a pink dominant tone then you just have to reflect on whether you enjoy wearing warm tones like orange. If you do, there is a high possibility that you are peachy. You can DM me on insta for help 💕

Hey you! From your description of your experience, there are two possibilities. 1) You may have olive undertones with a muted saturation level, which means that you require a concealer that has a small amount of the olive tone rather than a large amount of it. 2) You may have a truly neutral undertone, but brands label their concealers neutral even though they are pink sometimes. A true neutral is supposed to be right in between pink and yellow so you can't tell which is dominant. Since you say that you see green in your skin tone sometimes, the first option is likely :) Hope this helps!

My sugar foundation stick shade is 20 galao perfect match with my neck so what my undertone is warm or olive 😅??
Galao and macchiato are both olive. Galao is a bit lighter with more yellow :)

I’m a 105 on maybelline matte fit and poreless , what undertone am I?
Based on all the pictures of it I see online, it seems to fall under a neutral category. There's a balance of pink and yellow tones to it.
