Fix WordPress Site URL: General Settings Change, Cant Login

If you cant log into your WordPress site because of incorrect settings in your site's Settings--General
WordPress Address -url _________
Site Address -url _____________
These setting are not in any if the config files but are in the mySQL database. - just log into your hosting account and change the database setting as show here. You'll be fixed in no time.
Some other methods of additions and hacking of other files can also work but this is the easiest and least challenging method. KISS
