I mean considering the Saturn V was pretty much thee most successful rocket of all time you have to give it to the Saturn V. Not only was it an absolute beast, it was insanely reliable and has a legendary, borderline flawless record of accomplishments. Having said that... the N1 certainly gives it a run for its money and is just SO fucking cool to look at. It was a beautiful rocket with engines which were ahead of their time... unfortunately the Soviet space program just didnt have enough to work with. They were underfunded, under-resourced, over-pressured, and not given enough time for critical testing. The N1 was a dangerous combination of old outdated technology and new unmastered technology. Despite the N1's failure, it's extremely efficient closed-cycle engine technology has been adopted all around the world including the US.

But the beginning is more or less the same for all Slavs. Next time, be a little less arrogant and look for the answer.
The N1 did not have gimbals, it used an advanced control method, known as thrust vectoring. Which means that the N1 throttled down one or several of its engines to control itself. This means that it could only suffer two engine failures before having to abort.
The TWR is too low?!?!? I thought you would mention the N-1 being waay to fat. the first stage burning for abut 1/4 the time it was supposed to burn, the fact that the lander only had one engine and I put two, or the many other inaccuracies LOL
This is awesome, well done dude. This just straight up proved why the Soviets lost the space race, except all four of the ones they really fired failed...

This gave "space race" a new meaning

The block V or F for the N1 is called like that since they followed the russian alphabet instead of the latin alphabet
Makes sense, kind of weird the both start with A, B
Yeah, we have G going before D.
А Б В Г Д (A, Be, Ve, Ge, De…)
Obviously the answer is the Saturn V because it didn’t fail every launch

V was actually the next letter in the Russian alphabet, followed by G, *then* D.
Is funny how the Americans landed on the land and the soviets landed in the water
the third stage of n1 L3 was called block v because v is the thiird leter in russian alfabet

Hi I wanted to let you know for the future the N1 had a higher thrust to weight ratio on the launchpad than the Saturn V.
Just a little criticism, I do like you content though.
