Phoenician Drive - Glow (Official Audio)

Taken from upcoming new record 'Glow' due out June 23th on EXAG' Records.
The track Glow gave its name to the EP, it's based on a 6/8 rhythm which is the signature of North African music like Gnawa or Chaâbi. With Glow, Phoenician Drive revisits this African pulse by going towards something much more joyful and dancing, it's an invitation to let go and transform sadness into sub-tropical rock'n roll. Indeed the song tells the story of an impossible love and the pain that follows, the voices sing together the same love tirade as a mantra to which we cling to continue to move forward, and the guitars respond without concession!
"This song is an allegory of the end of a past world, and of a transition to something unknown that calls us by its burning light. It is also a song of hope, the one that springs up in a moment of crisis without warning," explains Valérian Meunier.
