Great review. You commented a few times about the AMD Ryzen 9 processor being better than Intel. I am not that familiar with AMD, what Generation would this compare to in Intel. I was very interested in the Slim Pro 9i but it is out of stock in Canada. It does have better specs. Would you wait for the 9i if it took a couple month or settle with the slim 7 pro X instead. Thanks
dont you think the trackpad is harder to click than other laptop? I have mine and it is quite stiffer than my macbook. Hard enough to click physically that i always have to use a mouse
Better to have it confirmed by Lenovo. With the former generation yoga 7 slim pro I couldn't get 2 TB running stable. Response from Lenovo was that they didnt support above 1 TB. Hope they do support it for this generation though!
@@ericguizzetti that would definitely fit in the behaviour (at first sight it seems to work, but in specific cases unexpected behavior) and error messages I've seen.
in north america, it’s called the slim 7 pro x, but in other regions it’s called the lenovo slim yoga 7 pro or something similar to that. it’s yoga, but they have different names in some regions
One of the best product review methodologies I've seen. Gets straight to the goods and clearly defines pros and cons.
I wonder when Lenovo start putting type-c charging port on both sides
True. USB-C is a must these days.

Is it better
can the NVME be upgraded to dual-sided (4TB/8TB)?
Probably. I don't see why not.
@@DealUnboxing man of the Razers can't fit them. The can only use single-sided so I am always skeptical.

@@oartmans one of the engineers at Sabrent told me they likely don’t have enough voltage going to the NVME port…
