When every kpop groups were doing dark sexy concepts , txt came up with bright colorful magical concept;blue hour which they absolutly nailed it.😘
Blue hour 5:53 symbolizes the time the five of them had the best moments . And the last guy(Beomgyu) imagined the whole sequence of events and wanting to freeze the time at 5:53. You can see them mimicking the hands of a clock in the beginning.

Lol, yes Blue Hour does mean something. Its the time of day around sunset and sunrise when the sky has a blue/purple cast to it. Its supposed to be the "Magic Hour". It happens right after or before "Golden Hour". That's the time of day at sunrise and sunset when the sky has the rose gold tint to it. So in this mv, Blue Hour is at 5:53.
