A build like this in my eyes is to make it look as factory looking as possible like it was made from gm this way cutting mounting brackets out of the Mustang and fabricating them on the grand prix is exactly what you need to do so it's not just a bunch of random metal and angle iron holding everything in
Dude great build and fantastic work! I just recently discovered you this past weekend. I own a 2000 Grand Prix GTP Coupe myself stock. Really a shame they didn't make these cars rear wheel drive from the factory. Anyway subbed!
is he putting the 5x115 pontiac lug pattern wheels right on the 5x114.3 ford lugs? I know some people do that. Was just wondering if he is using an adapter or redrilled hub or something
Just curious if a guy or gal could use a trans am or camero rear subframe and be less fab work? Just throw a trans am drive train in my 05 GP so I can have a 5 speed rwd GP
The older f bodies are straight axle cars. In fact it would be more work compared to what I am doing here as they do not have a rear subframe. Furthermore, it would also be more involved to use a newer camaro/gto/g8 rear subframe as they use struts in the rear as opposed to the mustangs separate shock/spring setup. Hope this information is helpful!
It'd be hard to even put a number on this. I mean it's a minimum of 100 hours labor with everything involved. It'd probably be far more than anyone else would want to spend lol
This is one of the cooler projects I have seen on YT.
Man teasing at the end! Can’t wait to see it with wheels and tires on the rear. ANYTHINGS POSSIBLE!
Awesome work sir

oh, the cliffhanger! Anything's possible!
I like this because I have a 2009 Pontiac g6 and this is very cool.
This is incredible
Inspiring...

How much would you charge someone for something like this? If you would even do it just curious.
