I think it depends on what you want to do with the MacBook! The current releases of MacBook Air has M1 and M2 chips and it’s really good for simple edit videos and you can take it with you without weighing you so much! I could imagine that you’ll take your laptop to classes. But would recommend upgrading the storage and gpu if you won’t replace your laptop every year or every 2 years. 😊 I hope this helps!
