Make sure before you press the 3 dots to transform ,the chisen layer should be the sketch one not the actual picture with the girl maybe you had it on the other and it moved the other pic

Add a new layer and then draw a line and then you can only move that line.☺

You need an app called kuji cam (the premium one)
The glitch thing you talk about is glitcho(? I think)
How can u seperate the line from it its not working on me
When I pressed transform it didn’t work
When you tap on transform ypu need to slide your fingers left or right on your screen to be able to move outlines in direction you want.
How the fuck do you move the outline?

I don't know why you don't have this, but you can watch new tutorial amd update your PicsArt app to 12,5 version to get this effect kn one click😀
