Very few artists in this mainstream/progressive psytrance vein pack close to the amount of soul Static Movement brings in his work. He's just a pure musician. This stuff isn't music to justify or pad out an LSD bender, and it isn't made out of a misplaced desire to get gigs, clicks, money or a shot at getting signed to Armada. This is simply Psytrance used as personal expression -- one of the few truly honest implementations. We all may love our Oxidaksi, heavy crossovers, hitech mental airstrike music and darkpsy vortexes, myself included, but when the drugs and the ego and the hype burns off, this is what endures. I look forward to this album.
He is my favourite prog artist by far. He doesn't behave like he's the best, he just produces super high quality awesome psytrance and brings out albums every couple of years. God but fuck I love the melodies he plays and the perfect slower deeper bass roll. Love this guy so much.
