With having two abortions in my past, I can wholeheartedly say it's demonic. By the grace of God, He helped me heal and I even began working for a pro life non profit for two years and shared my story in churches and in my upcoming book (never in a million years would have dreamed that I'd ever do that). It's pure EVIL on so many levels, but when God showed me His forgiveness it was so healing. What kind of God would forgive me for such a horrible act not once but twice AND allow me to meet those babies in heaven one day? Only Him.... The devil likes to make you think that God won't forgive you. God forgave me of my 2 abortions after 17 years of feeling guilt and shame. Nooooo please no abortion. My story is one of that, I myself have had two abortions and I am ashamed and embarrassed, and I can tell you now, I wish I knew God the way I know him today. I wish I had parents that opened a Bible at home, that praised him as he deserves, that put him first. Believe me you that God regardless of my horrific sin has protected me, has forgiven me as only he knows my story, yet I live with my regret everyday, I am torn. I now am trying to put something together to help women to heal from their situation and allow for the child to live as there are couples ready to adopt. I am not mean, I love children, elderly, people and believe me I shed tears everyday because of the horrific decision I made from fear instilled in me. God is so beautiful.
I can see your heart and God knows your guilt. I haven't had an abortion but I was a drug addict during my children's younger years and I have so much regret. I know it's not the same but once we know Christ we all feel overwhelming regret. But we shouldn't let those thoughts and feelings overtake us. He has forgiven us and your babies will meet you in heaven one day. Thank you for sharing your story. God is so good and so faithful. He will carry us home. I've had 5 children and 5 adoptions. I could not fathom having an abortion just because of my carelessness in getting pregnant. And today I have a relationship with 2 of them and they call me mama and I am so grateful for that.
