Just finished Cyberpunk 2077 few days ago, and I really love my V. You have no idea how it really broke my heart at the end. From the first day I was into gaming when I was a kid until today, this is by far the most emotional game I have ever played. So long, V.
This game have changed me, I mean the story you go through, its something incredible, and this song/cover its something brilliant, I have found my inner peace with this song.
Now you find out what it is you need to do. You've never backed down from anything in you life, even when you maybe should've. You go through Night City knowing a stray bullet could end you while hailing a cab. But that's never stopped you from taking action. If you gotta kill, kill. If you gotta burn it all to the ground, then let it burn.
@@firestorm165 Still don't know who that came from: Johnny or V? Since the dolls were programmed to reflect their johns subconscious it was one of us saying it.
I finished the game yesterday and I couldn't sleep because my mind was thinking about the game whole night ... God damn, no game ever made me feel so emocionally empty like this in my entire life. I was V entire time. Now I am shocked, I feel nailed down and trully depressed ... This game was braindance for me. Fucking CD Projekt RED, you fucking bunch of geniuses! I need a drink of something strong...
No idea why I haven't found it earlier, but that's one of the most beautiful and heart-wrenching piano pieces I've heard in my life. Would be a perffect soundtrack for the Tower ending, where Johnny tells his last goodbyes.
I think we can all agree that without the bugs this game is a fucking masterpiece. The soundtracks and the story resonance so well with each other and the story itself is breathtaking, the endings left me emotional and empty and I've done multiple playthrough and get all of the endings. Even the bad endings is powerful and impactful and were done well to conclude the journey of V and Johnny. I'm playing this on base ps4 and I still get to enjoy it, just imagine if the game isn't half-assed. But at the end of the day we ourselves are partly to blame for cyberpunk's messy launch because we couldn't be more patient for the game's release. Remember when ya'll gave death threats to the devs at cdpr for delaying the game and threatening them to release the game sooner? Look how that turned out
THANK YOU! Honestly people can and should complain about the technical side because... yeah that's obviously an issue but THE GAME. Amazing soundtrack, gameplay, customization, characters, dialogue, story, side quests, open world Who cares if it's not 300hrs long, what we got was legitimately incredible and worth playing (I will wait for the 2021 patches then try out a reflexes cool nomad playthrough, then probably a body brawler corpo because dem the different playstyles look so interesting) I feel like people are ignoring all the good in this game I swear
@@rambo4916 It's without the doubt the best game I have ever played on sides as Story, Music, Feeling, Setting just to name a few. Some technical bugs(I had pretty few) won't stop me from enjoying the hell out of this game
I disagree. Gameplay was uninteresting, stealth was trivial but a lot of the time completely impossible. There was also a huge jump from "I want kill this person so I can take their body" and "V's alright, I'm fine with dying again" and vice versa. I feel that relationship could have been interesting but skipped a lot of steps along the way. I went in with no expectations, but I came out slightly disappointed. For me, the gold standard for a cyberpunk (little c) game is the recent Deus Ex games. 2077 was not up to snuff in many regards. I will day that it did endings well. Unlike most games that have "multiple" endings, Cyberpunk's last few missions changed drastically depending on your oath taken. Most games (including Deus Ex) just have you select an option from a list as the last piece of gameplay and in no way do your choices affect what you as the player do. A lot of the time, you don't even get to see the aftermath of your decision, just the immediate consequences. 2077 handled that aspect well. I also enjoyed that the endings aren't particularly happy either there's a sense of melancholy in most of them and existential unknown in the "default" ending that ironically had your characters conveying more emotion through subtle glances than the whole of the rest of the endings combined with their stone faces. All things considered, a masterpiece this is not, even numerous bugs aside. It accomplishes some things much better than most, but there's still a lot left to be desired, especially in the most rote aspects of gameplay.
We were patient, investors/stock holders WEREN'T. "WE NEED THE GAME OUT BEFORE CHRISTMAS" Is all I can think of when I see this game launch like it did.

This game does something to you that i can't explain.
The devil ending is like that, I was uneasy for like 2 weeks after experiencing it, but I heard there is a better ending related to Rogue and an even better secret ending where no one has to die.
@@maksgraph.47jm90 did you do the Star ending? You didn't mention it in your comment so I'm assuming you didn't. Probably the best ending imo. But the Temperance ending hits hard to. Shit, they all do. I wish the secret ending had been a little more fleshed out tho. Especially if you died. Like, if you die during that ending, it rolls to the credits and gives you the suicide ending voicemail, which kinda doesn't make sense. I was expecting a "Dammit, V, why didn't you ask for help? Why attack Arasaka alone?" Woulda been a nice touch, because V didn't really give up, he just decided to go at it alone and either succeed or die in a blaze of glory, which he did. And all the calls from the suicide run are about how you gave up and didn't even try.
