Compuckeck fitting. Also used to test the fuel ports. My advice buy a few of them. Set one up to charge the air and another on a gauge to check fuel pressures when troubleshooting
I must say you must be doing better than us in Nashville. I was going to buy another truck this year and that's gonna be a big HELL NAW! Construction around here ain't doin shit. It's mainly home building work.
What Alcoa wheels are on the trucks? I know I spec all my trucks with the Alcoa Ultra One wheels cause they're a lil bit lighter than standard Lvl ones. You can save about 100 lbs on a truck with 10 of those wheels. I just try to save weight wherever I can without loosing strength within the truck.
It's not a compucheck fitting like on the filter base. But your parts guy at pete should know what you need. We have them at the dealer I work at in stock.
You seriously threw in a line from step brothers “all kinds of room for activities”. Oh and before I forget “How the FUCK are you doing” best opening statement ever!!
Nice truck, I am the type of guy who would want to get into the trucking business just so I can play with the equipment. Can you explain to me what are the benefits or disadvantages of a short or long hooded truck?
It’s all cosmetics at this point. The biggest engine you can get from the factory is the Cummins x15 performance series which fits in either a long or short hood.
The long hoods are for those who want their trucks to look the way they did during the Carter administration. They are also much worse for forward visibility
@@NomadicSociety wow, so many replies, thank you everyone for explaining it to me. I wasn't sure but I kinda figured that a longer hood would mean less maneuverability in tight areas, so thank you for pointing that out to me.
Very nice looking ride. If you got really bored, it looks like you could pull the hoist plate and turn it 180°. Of course you would need to turn and reroute the switches/hoses. I would put in a call to Arm and just ask them to switch it for the next ones. Keep up the good work!
Have you thought about an auto grease systems? I have seen more and more of the concrete trucks with them in my area, not really any dumps yet was wondering if there was a reason for that.
What happened to the video on how you hooked up the new diesel sprayers on the cummins x15 ? I just got a new truck with the x15 and I want to do mine the same. I liked how you didn't have to tap into the fuel tank and add a fuel pump
Are super singles in the rear an option for you Justin or are they not feasible in Ohio I know the flower & Cement trailer is here often have super singles on the rear of the trailer to make them lighter Also I’ve seen on a few dump trucks here in New York
Talk to Pete or kenworth about the fitting, I forgot what its called but very useful if truck leaks air bad or truck can't run, use it all the time on Kenworths at work. Maybe a parker fitting
How’s the turn radius on the 389 compared to your 567’s and do you have any short hood 389’s? I was looking at getting a short hood but I was worried about the turning radius
u can buy the coupler for shop air hook up from snap or mac its like a ac line coupler got 2 in my box but holla at ur tool guy he will have one or amazon
She is beautiful. Very very cool of you thinking of your drivers and getting the extended cab.
Why is the seat belt orange?
You won't get that thing in the tight job sites I go into with a T880 Kenworth.
Is yours set up for a Pup?
It’s been awhile since I last attempted the good old reach around...
My 13yr old son seen me writing this and asked wth is a reach around...LMAO
Been watching for awhile never made a comment you actually show and prove you don’t just talk about it but you make it Happen Respect.
Compuckeck fitting. Also used to test the fuel ports. My advice buy a few of them. Set one up to charge the air and another on a gauge to check fuel pressures when troubleshooting
Beautiful truck! Definitely dig that color combo!
Compucheck is that fitting .
That silver bed looks sweet!
Justin you should post the build sheet for all to enjoy.
How about a video of all your trucks lined up so we can see them
You've got a lot more room for activities! Lol. Love your sense of humor, content, and equipment you've spec'd.
JST getting to the bag
Justin has a Peterbilt 389EXT. He's running with the big dogs now.
That truck is nice
EXT, now you're talking dude. Wicked.
Beautiful truck Justin!!!
That is one sharp looking truck!!!
I must say you must be doing better than us in Nashville. I was going to buy another truck this year and that's gonna be a big HELL NAW! Construction around here ain't doin shit. It's mainly home building work.
Love the Eaton transmission👍
Hey Justin, what is the rough price difference between this and a short hood 389 and a 567 Peterbilt?
That´s a nice colour combo . You are still going strong Mr. Sturgill .
I'm an old 18 speed or 13 super 10 but that's a damn fine looking truck I would be proud to drive it!!!

Gorgeous rig love the Dark red paint job
A lot of beautiful trucks.. I am trying to talk myself into 1 new truck...
Beautiful truck!
Nice! Should be proud of your fleet you worked hard for it.
How do you like the Air disc all the way around? Some dump owners hate them, I won’t order anything without them.
Your drivers are a lucky bunch, driving beautiful equipment.
Very nice truck why don’t u guys put bigger DEF tanks on the trucks
Man you spoil the hell out of your drivers! Wish you were closer to northern Indiana, any owner that takes that much pride is good to work for.
I love the extend a hood, your drivers have nothing to complain about. Beautiful Truck take care..
Should be a compucheck fitting for that air port on the frame rail.
It's not a compucheck fitting like on the filter base. But your parts guy at pete should know what you need. We have them at the dealer I work at in stock.
Congrats bro! Legendary JST 💪🏼
R&R Trucking, is the Milwaukee 1 inch impact with 6 anvil available now and where can I buy it.... thanks
Very nice!
A straight up legendary silver truck would be sweet!
Love the color of the truck
You seriously threw in a line from step brothers “all kinds of room for activities”. Oh and before I forget “How the FUCK are you doing” best opening statement ever!!
Nice truck. Are those wedge brakes?
Nice truck, I am the type of guy who would want to get into the trucking business just so I can play with the equipment.
Can you explain to me what are the benefits or disadvantages of a short or long hooded truck?
Long nose is easier to work on and can fit a bigger engine
@@m1st3rxmayh3m3 and Men love the look! but usually the turning radius is worse 4 getting around town!

That’s awesome Justin
That is damn nice! I think you could take that control box apart, spin it 180 degrees and put all the switches and controls back in.
R&R Trucking, nice looking truck Justin. Big horsepower is awesome 👍👍
Business must be boomin' Good lookin truck. cheers to "livin the dream"
Big boy truck! She's extended hood!!!! Nice truck man.
The boss just picked up his 2 new trucks on Wednesday and Thursday so we welcomed CLS #'s 32 and 33 to the fleet.
More switches than a 64! That silverbed looks good!

When I rolled into Kilby Joey was smiling ear to ear yelling at me on the radio to come check out the new ride. Nice truck 👌🏼
Sharp looking truck
BEAUTIFUL TRUCK JST!!!
How do you like the minimizer floor mats?
When are you planning on getting rid of your 389's with manuals?
You didn’t comment on what style trans you went with (8spd,13,18?) also you went with disk brakes how have they been working out for you??
Is that some new regulation for seat belt straps to be bright orange, so cops can see if a trucker is wearing his belt?
Cool video justin great looking truck
Nice truck like the color
How many dump trucks are you have in total with a new one
Have you thought about an auto grease systems? I have seen more and more of the concrete trucks with them in my area, not really any dumps yet was wondering if there was a reason for that.
Looking good!
Is that tarp on slide rails?
One badass truck Justin! Kinda wished I had my CDL and lived out your way. I'd drive her. Great video!
This definitely a sweet ride

How big is the fleet ?
Clean truck, incase you didn’t know there’s a campaign out for those frame mounting battery connectors.
Great looking truck Justin most trucks in the UK are 8 wheelers.
Volvo. Scania. M.a.n. Hino. most common trucks
Very nice setup 👌 JST
Talk to Pete or kenworth about the fitting, I forgot what its called but very useful if truck leaks air bad or truck can't run, use it all the time on Kenworths at work. Maybe a parker fitting
I like your rig! 😆
That’s an awesome truck!!!
Damn....Nice truck Justin..
Came out nice .
Good looking Unit ole buddy
Beautiful truck!! 🤗
Hey does the dump already have insolation built in it for the fall/winter for asphalt??
A steel body holds the heat better than a aluminum body.
Really, really sharp 👍
Why you prefers piterbilt than others
Very nice! 👍that looks like a compucheck fitting like you would tipicaly see for oil sampling or psi checking.
I wanna drive it!
What’s the GVWR for a quad axle? Isn’t it a little different in Ohio. You need more than 2 drop axles to reach over 80k
Bridge law. WB and axles. I drive an 06 378 1 pusher. Gvw 84000lbs. I can legally in Oklahoma gross 56000
Room for activities nice
Beautiful truck! Love the color Justin. How much weight can you haul with the quad axles in Ohio?
Congrats . the he hate me's are going to be calling. Beautiful truck

Love the truck, is the cab gap intentional for swapping cylinders? I usually try to keep it around 5” when installing bibeau bodies
u can buy the coupler for shop air hook up from snap or mac its like a ac line coupler got 2 in my box but holla at ur tool guy he will have one or amazon
Hey justin what's your location with those trucks??
Can I come drive that truck for you. I need housing a company vehicle and per diem. Lmao nice truck man..
