uummm, why did this just seem so set up.. when do people come up to a contestant before announcement of the winner to congratulate them.. idk, something isn't correct, or just a sloppy system, which I've seen EOY presented much more professional then this

As Briawna said, they give out awards before for best evening gown, talent, among others. If you go to these big pageants you can usually tell who the top 3 or so girls are gonna be.
