Anushka喺印度出世幾個月之後就來到香港，喺香港讀書長大，細個時去餐廳見好多食唔晒嘅麵包都會掉左，覺得好浪費，到大學時就同朋友一齊研發用麵包去釀造啤酒，仲贏得多個獎項。Anushka覺得香港唔只有金融科技，仲可以有環保創新。
