BTS has so many songs and they write and perform songs in many genres including rap, ballads, Latin pop, EDM, hip hop, disco and pop. They perform songs with just the rap line, just the vocal line, assorted combinations and as solos. The member you like is RM and he is the leader of the group. He is a genius, literally, and he writes the most amazing lyrics and uses word play that can wow you if you get them. A lot of the time the close captions doesn't give an accurate translation or the translated words don't express the meaning of a Korean saying or idiom. Often watching explanation videos that can explain the word play, Korean concepts and back ground will give you an even greater appreciation for BTS.

I'm sorry about toxic fans. I wish some immature stans would realize that when first listening to Kpop, its natural for someone to compare because it's different and your brain is trying to find similarities to what you already know. And a lot of fans may not want to admit it, but they did the same thing when they first heard Kpop. They just weren't being scrutinized on a public platform.

Really sorry, New Jeans and ARMY have been caught up in some serious issues going on right now, so ARMY's are a bit sensitive. And Seven people is not "So Many People". BTS are that group of ARTISTS that paved the way for other Asian groups to have a platform in the West (USA/UK, etc.) and the world. They are a Global Supergroup, not just a Korean KPOP act.

BTS are currently serving their mandatory service in army/civil service (except Jin -rhymes with pin- who is finished) in Korea and haters have tried to take advantage in their abscene. Lots of crazy going on, and high emotions. You would benefit by watching the Guide to BTS by Taylor Mari. XCeleste does some great guides, too. React to ON, DNA and Fake Love!

Great job! You are really fun to watch. My apologies if my comment sounded harsh. Army wants you to react to BTS. As long as your honest and real, doing with love and respect you will go far. You can still even like New Jeans more. Army likes to help reactors when they first get started. So generally they will give lots of tips. Take with grain of salt if you feel insulted or bullied that forget it.
I am a 60 yr old female, not new to BTS after two years, but still have content to watch and learn. There are Army that has been with BTS from the beginning, been to every concert. You will find Army is unique within itself. SO welcome.
So glad you listen to those two mv's. In Mic Drop they are not referencing some of the comments you made, not at all. Their haters are crazy. You will see a little of that in Taylor Maris guide. As you go further down the Rabbit Hole you will see that BTS has had haters from the beginning. Not just comments, they have gone so far as to get death threats, not just once either. Then there is the stuff in between, that is still very mean and vindictive.

Sorry. As others have mentioned, NewJeans is a touchy subject, but, generally, as long as you are respectful of the guys (I thought you were), we usually respect the opinions, even if we don't agree. 😊
BTS are big fans of MJ. Jungkook has a solo song called Standing Next to You (check out the original and the Usher remix) that has a lot of MJ moves. I believe it was to honor MJ's influence on Jungkook.
All the guys have solo songs to check out. The group is still together, just on hiatus while the members serve out their mandatory military service. Jin is the first one out. He is working on his album now. Since he was the first one in, he didn't have time for a whole album, but he did release a song called The Astronaut before he enlisted. Chris Martin from Coldplay wrote it and is part of the background vocals.
My solo suggestion for Jimin (we usually pronounce the Jim part like normal but some put a strong e sound like Jeem-in), is his latest song Who, which is still charting last I saw. He also was in a collab with Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, JVKE, and Muni Long called Angel pt1. He's not in it much, but it's a great song.
RM (the leader - kinda like a father figure) was just on a Megan Thee Stallion release, Neva Play. If you'd like a song where he's the primary, check out Lost, Groin, or Still Life.
Suga (also goes by Agust D) has lots of songs to choose from. Most people like to start with Daechwita, which is the first song in a trilogy. The quick and dirty explanation is that the song is about growth and change with a bit of inner struggles thrown in.
J-Hope also has many songs to choose from. One of his older songs is Chicken Noodle Soup with Becky G. I also like More and Lock/Unlock. I'm not sure if you can react to Lock/Unlock because I believe there isn't a mv, but there might be a lyric video.
For V, I like Fri(end)s, not to be confused with Friends, which is a Jimin and V duet, though it is also good. I also like Rainy Days, and Slow Dancing.

Bts is the biggest group in the world the sell out stadiums all over the world, the are 3 rappers and 4 vocalist, the write and produced there songs. The have 6 nr 1 songs at Billboard 100 and 6 nr 1 Albums at Billboard 200, and 12 Billboard awards, 2 members have also there songs at nr 1 at Billboard 100 Jimin and Jungkook
Just watch more of BTS MV and even they're reality show, their concerts too and i make sure you love the BTS 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I'd actuallly argue that calling ARMY "sensitive" on this topic is downplaying what has been going on for months now. ARMY doesn't appreciate the New Jeans producer and former CEO for bringing BTS into her mess and plotting to overtake the agency BTS built, as well as badmouthing BTS, while they're in the military and can't really defend themselves. The only beef against Bunnies is for the ones who blindly follow that woman. ARMY didn't ask for this battle, but we've never been known to avoid a fight that's brought to our house.

It’s not about being sensitive, but about legitimate issues (actually, alleged crimes are involved by the NJ producer/former CEO), and allegations that include a plan to orchestrate a smear campaign to bring down BTS.

Hola, me encanto tu reaccion a Mic Drop y a Black Swan, no tienes que disculparte por nada y ante nadie porque las verdaderas ARMYS sabemos que hasta que no los ves, los prejuicios existen (no deberia ser asi, pero es la naturaleza humana). Una vez que los conoces (no solo como artistas, sino como bellas personas y hermosos seres humanos) no podras dejar de amarlos. Principalmente (y vi que te tomaste tiempo para ver las letras de sus canciones) cuando VES los mensajes que transmiten en cada una de sus canciones. Te hacen estar en paz contigo y los demas. Tomate tu tiempo para conocerlos en los videos en donde cuentan su historia, desde sus comienzos, les fue sumamente dificil llegar a donde estan hoy y se merecen el exito que tienen y el apoyo nuestro (sus ARMYS). BTS ha logrado que mucha gente logre ver la vida de forma positiva, renacer solo con un mensaje LOVE YOUR SELF. Gracias por tus disculpas pero considero que no son necesarias porque a todos nos ha pasado lo mismo hasta verlos y escucharlos (y el que diga que no, miente).

Se eu puder comparar, grupos de k-pop seriam como times de futebol (succer, soccer? desculpa se estiver falando errado). Algumas pessoas serão mais tranquilas em relação aos seus grupos/times, não se importando em geral mas outros não.
Em relação ao BTS especificamente, o army (fandom do BTS 💜) é mais superprotetor pois eles são perseguidos desde sempre:
A exemplo disso, mês passado tentaram fazer um circo de mídia em relação ao Suga ter caído de patinete na frente da porta da casa dele (sim você não está lendo errado)
Queriam que ele se desculpasse publicamente na televisão, raspasse a cabeça, saísse do BTS toda uma loucura, a própria midia espalhando fake news para piorar a situação, e novamente tudo por causa de uma queda de patinete (ele andou 500m com ele de capacete e tudo - ele havia bebido por isso retornava pra casa, mas era muito ínfimo);
Mas olha só que curioso: enquanto isso com o Suga tava acontecendo, ao mesmo tempo a primeira dama estava sendo investigada por crimes e conduta e veio uma possibilidade de homicídio no caso (uma testemunha convenientemente morreu), Grupos que atacam mulheres com fotos impróprias feitas por deep fake das próprias mães, irmãs e colegas; Um "burning sun pt2", Um outro idol sendo expulso do grupo dele por crime sexual contra um menor de idade entre outras coisas mas preferiram perseguir o Suga por semanas com isso porque ele é do BTS...
Por isso entre outras coisas que o army é protetor em relação a eles, desculpa qualquer coisa, não é por maldade - pelo menos espero que não - basta ser sincero e respeitoso com as suas opiniões, e se não gostar de algo tudo bem também ☺️💜

Trust methey have alotnof haters still it's a never ending battle between the haters and fake anti army's and they also get hate from other kpop group fans as well.
BTS is better than any group because they can do everything: compose, produce, choreograph, and even their own beats in some of their songs. They have the biggest fandom in the world for a reason. No one performs like them. They paved the way for all the kpop industry.
