  • In today's vlog, we're sharing our second full day at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana resort. We began the day with a delectable breakfast in the club-level only restaurant, The Chinola, which happens to be right on the beach. As we make our way, we couldn't help but notice that everyone at the resort had a popular stroller that we'd been using for Avery - the Baby Zen Yoyo. We highly recommend it for travel. Later, we enjoyed a relaxing morning in the hot tub, which was the perfect temperature after a rainy night.
Afterwards, Alan explored the amazing gym facilities at the resort, which pleasantly surprised us with its size and variety of equipment. This gym is shared with the Hyatt Zilara. We then indulged in a street food festival, where we tried sushi and gyro.
For dinner, we had low expectations due to a previous experience at another Hyatt Ziva Asian restaurant, but Tempest at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana exceeded our expectations with its teppanyaki tables and Mongolian grill.
We also discovered hidden gems on the resort, such as a British pub and an outdoor theater. Overall, we can confidently say that this Hyatt resort is one of the best all-inclusive properties we've stayed at, especially because of its waterpark and beautiful beach.
Our time here has been truly enjoyable, and we can't wait to see what our last full day has in store for us. Don't forget to like and subscribe to our channel, and we'll see you in the next video!

Thank you for sharing this review, my family and I are headed there this weekend and this helped us align on the resort and its offerings. Question for you, most videos I have watched about the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, it never seems more than 50% occupied, was that the case during your visit? I want to know if I will need to really get up early to get good chairs by the pools since we have our kids.

We can't speak to what it's like during the busy season since we went in December, but securing a chair was never a problem in December. Perhaps another reason it never seems fully occupied is because there are 2 separate areas where guests split their time - the pool area and the water park area. Enjoy your trip!
